Convenient location with soft beds

The staff was nice and check in flowed smoothly. I could see a canal when I looked to the left from my balcony room. Beds were very soft. pillows were hard, but comfy. A sandwich bar and a restaurant were located across the street.

i heard major repairs occurring daily, quite loud, especially in the morning. i wasn't informed about this beforehand.

I really enjoyed the location! it was close to the tram and bus services. the staff was so helpful, it really made a difference! the bed was comfy and huge. I slept so well.

the elevator was a bit slow.
