The staff was nice and check in flowed smoothly. I could see a canal when I looked to the left from my balcony room. Beds were very soft. pillows were hard, but comfy. A sandwich bar and a restaurant were located across the street.

i heard major repairs occurring daily, quite loud, especially in the morning. i wasn't informed about this beforehand.
